The kitchen is handled directly by Cristina, the recipes are entrusted to her inspiration, her passion, and her professionality.

The menus offered are those with typical Ligurian specialities and the Mediterranean cuisine in general. The fresh ingredients are chosen carefully every day, fruits and vegetables in season come directly from a nearby farm which also produces an excellent extra-virgin olive oil that works perfectly with the flavours of our dishes.

Fresh homemade pasta is only one of the dishes you can enjoy while staying at our hotel in Alassio. We also offer a special menu on request for those with food intolerances.
